Terms of Service
Last updated: October 7, 2026
These terms of service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Transcend Center website at this address (the "Website") and any related online communications with us (together, the "Platforms"). Transcend Center is operated by Nylund Holdings Ltd., located at 101-1865 Dilworth Drive, Kelowna, BC V1Y 9T1, Canada ("we", "us", "our").
1. Agreement and eligibility
By using the Platforms, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Together, they are the entire agreement between you and us about the Platforms.
The Platforms are for adults only. You must be 18 or older to use them or to apply for any program. By using the Platforms, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter a binding contract. If you are not, you must not use the Website.
We may change these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the Platforms after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Intellectual property
We own or have the right to use all content on the Platforms, including text, images, and video, and all related intellectual property rights. That content is protected by copyright law. "Transcend Center" and our logos are used by Nylund Holdings Ltd. Other names and logos that appear on the Platforms belong to their respective owners.
You may view and share pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, modify, or use our content or name for commercial purposes without our written consent.
© 2026 Nylund Holdings Ltd. All rights reserved.
3. Information, not advice
The Platforms are for general information. Nothing on them is medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice. Testimonials and reviews on the Platforms describe individual experiences. They are not guarantees of any outcome, and your experience may be different.
Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional about any health question or condition, including before making any decision about your health or medications. In a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
4. Applications and screening
Applying to a program requires you to provide personal information, including health and personal history, as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to:
- Give true, accurate, and complete information.
- Disclose all medications, supplements, and substances you use, and any health conditions that may be relevant to your safety.
- Apply only in your own name, and not on behalf of someone else without their knowledge.
Submitting an application does not guarantee a place in any program. We may decline or withdraw an application at our discretion, including where we believe participation may not be safe or appropriate for you. Where that happens, we will tell you what we can about the decision, and we will handle any payment you have made as set out in section 6.
5. Legal compliance
Some of the substances and practices referred to on the Platforms may be restricted or prohibited in some places. We do not encourage, endorse, or assist with any unlawful use, possession, or sale of any substance. You are responsible for finding out whether taking part in any program is lawful where you live and where you travel, and for complying with those laws.
6. Bookings and payments
Once a booking is confirmed, you agree to pay the fee shown in the booking confirmation. We accept cash, cheque, e-transfer, PayPal, and Stripe. Card payments made through PayPal or Stripe are subject to those providers' terms.
All payments are non-refundable. Bookings cannot be cancelled within 30 days of the start of the ceremony or program.
7. Acceptable use
When you use the Platforms, you agree not to:
- Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
- Use the Platforms for any unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platforms or the services that support them.
- Try to gain unauthorised access to any system or data.
- Copy or scrape the Website for commercial purposes.
We may restrict or end your access to the Platforms, or decline or cancel a booking, where reasonably necessary to protect the Platforms, our participants, or our business, including where you have breached these Terms.
8. Third-party services
The Website uses third-party services to host video, collect applications, take payments, and book calls. Those services are provided by their own operators, and their terms and privacy policies apply to the information they process. The Website does not link to other websites.
This website is not part of the Facebook website or Facebook Inc. It is not endorsed by Facebook in any way. Facebook is a trademark of Facebook, Inc.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platforms. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under the consumer protection laws of British Columbia.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platforms.
10. Electronic communications
You agree that we may communicate with you by email and other electronic means, and that electronic agreements have the same effect as signed paper agreements. We only send email to people who have contacted us, applied, or booked with us, and we will not send you marketing email unless you have asked for it.
11. Governing law and disputes
The Platforms are operated from Kelowna, British Columbia. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platforms must be brought in the courts of British Columbia, sitting in Kelowna, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be separated from the rest, and the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
